Tomas Verastegui, a seasoned music educator with a passion for sharing his expertise with students of all ages. Holding a Bachelor of Music Education degree, Tomas has cultivated over a decade of experience in teaching music, guiding countless students through their musical journeys. Notably, he directed the first Brownsville Youth Orchestra, fostering a love for orchestral music in the community. With his vast knowledge and warm approach, Tomas offers personalized music lessons to students, providing a solid foundation in classical and contemporary styles. Maria Ochoa holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education and is certified in TExES K-12. She proudly teaches with McAllen ISD, fostering a love for music among students in the classroom. In addition to her teaching role, Ms. Ochoa has been a dedicated violinist with The Valley Symphony for the past five years, contributing her talent to a variety of performances. With a passion for both education and performance, Ms. Ochoa is committed to inspiring the next generation of musicians.
